The ANI Leadership Team
Rob drives and coordinates overall strategic direction for ANI. He has been in the field of talent development for most of his career either in corporate training or in management positions responsible for leading technical and professional development. In his current role, Rob is focused on delivering responsive and relevant learning solutions that enable client success. Rob has been leading ANI for 10 years. Prior to ANI, Rob served as the President of a technology-based manufacturing company and as a Division Manager for a major Investor-owned gas and electric utility company.
Chairman and Founder
Gary founded ANI in 1993 and led the company for its first 10 years. His experience as a hands-on technical instructor brings practical knowledge to ANI as he oversees our corporate functions today. Gary received a B.A. in Mathematics from Berkeley, an M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford, programmed the on-orbit digital auto-pilot for the NASA Space Shuttle, and created network applications for IBM. Gary is a member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and American Mensa.
VP, Strategic Business Development
Sandy leads the Business Development and Strategic Partnerships efforts for ANI. He brings over twenty five years of experience in complex Technology Sales and Corporate Learning and Development. Sandy’s focus is to help customers achieve their business outcomes though value based learning programs.
Chief Learning Officer
Pat leads the daily operations and strategic direction of ANI’s Learning Solutions Practice. As a learning program expert, she is the point person for ANI projects such as instructor-led course design and development, web-based learning and assessment development. Pat’s industry experience is rooted in her decade of exemplary performance as an instructor for several high-tech Silicon Valley companies. Pat is committed to creating learning programs that are suited to her clients’ budget, schedule and stakeholder requirements.
Director, Advanced Technology Solutions
Gregg leads ANI’s Technology Practice and has been with ANI since 1999. He leads ANI’s technical projects such as technical course development, deliveries and lab build-outs/restorations. Gregg has been working in training & development as a top rated Certified Cisco Systems Instructor (CCSI) and networking technology consultant for over 17 years. He is certified as a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Internetwork Professional (CCIP), and Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP). Gregg graduated from Muir Tech & was a Senior Network Engineer for Electronic Data Systems (EDS). Gregg is a member of American Mensa.
